What is Nuvio’s Pre-Order Return Policy?

 

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your Nuvio pre-order purchase. Our Pre-Order Return Policy allows for flexible returns both before and after delivery.

 

Pre-Delivery Refunds

 

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time prior to the shipment of your product. To cancel your pre-order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and purchase details. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of cancellation.

 

Post-Delivery Returns: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

 

Once your pre-order has been delivered, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined below. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

  • Condition Requirements: Products must be returned in like-new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Exclusions: Items marked as final sale, refurbished, or “open box” are not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, whether pre-delivery or post-delivery, please email us at [email protected]. For post-delivery returns, please provide the following information:

  • Order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • Email and/or name associated with the purchase
  • Product model, if applicable
  • Reason for the return or cancellation

 

Return Process

 

  1. For pre-delivery cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of your cancellation request.
  2. For post-delivery returns:
    • Once authorized, you will receive a return shipping label (return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery).
    • Ship the product back using the provided label and retain your tracking information. Nuvio is not responsible for lost packages caused by the carrier.
    • Upon receipt of the return, allow 5-7 business days for processing.
    • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
